EOR Greenland is a service operated by Repenso Økonomistyring ApS (CVR 44958406), Illumiut 918, Ilulissat, Greenland, and Rådhusgården 22, Skanderborg, Denmark. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Repenso Økonomistyring ApS, trading as EOR Greenland. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Where we act as an Employer of Record on behalf of a client, we process employee data as a data processor under a separate data processing agreement with that client.

2. What data we collect

When you contact us or request a quote through this website, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

  • Your name and the company you represent
  • Your work email address and phone number
  • The number of people you want to hire and any details you share about the role

When you use our services, we also process the personal data required to employ and pay staff in Greenland — for example names, contact details, bank and tax information, salary, and employment terms.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Accounting and payroll records are retained for the period required by applicable Greenlandic and Danish law (generally at least five years). Enquiry data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
